Who we are

What we collect
When you request a quote or book a journey we collect the details needed to deliver it: names, contact details, pick-up and destination addresses, timings, flight numbers and any notes you choose to give us.
How we use it
Only to quote for, plan, deliver and invoice your transport, and to contact you about those bookings. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
The chauffeurs and coordinators assigned to your movement, and service providers who help us run our business (such as email and hosting), under appropriate confidentiality terms.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deliver the service and meet our legal, accounting and insurance obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@crownlineblack.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
